 These units are fully tested and commissioned prior to transport to a production site anywhere in the world.

Equipment Supplied

• Six ion exchange columns in lead/lag/elute configuration
• A total resin capacity of 10.8m³ of resin handling a 10L/s feed
• Complete piping framework and secondary containment system
• Fully automated valve system for switching between load and elution
• All instrumentation required for full operation
• Complete electrical installation: wiring, board, MCC and PLC
• All equipment installed within 12.5m (40ft) shipping containers

 Services include:

• Full commissioning and testing of modules prior to transport
• Feasibility Studies (OPEX and Capex)
• Detailed Process Design (PFD's, P&ID's)
• Remote monitoring, data acquisition and control
